Smoothie Recipe | Refreshing Red Smoothie


  1. Frozen Wild Berry mix: 2 cups
  2. Ripe bananas: x2
  3. Beetroot: x2
  4. Frozen dark cherries: Handful
  5. Dates: x10
  6. Kale: Handful
  7. Water: 100 ml (water depends on how thick or thin you like your smoothies)
  8. Blend everything together and Serve!!
